  A title plan is useful in the   following ways:-

• Scaleable taken from ordnance survey map

With every title register ordered, we will also provide you with a copy of the day list from the land registry, the day list will let you know whether there are any pending transactions that have not presently been recorded against the title register, ensuring you have a complete picture of your property.
